Terms of booking
These terms apply to every pass booked through teronextevents.com. By completing a booking you accept them.

1. Who you are contracting with
Ticketing is operated by Teronext Consulting on behalf of the event organiser. The event itself is presented by the organiser named on the event page and on your pass. The organiser is responsible for the event; Teronext Consulting is responsible for the ticketing service.
2. Passes
- Passes are digital. No printed pass is issued.
- Each pass carries a unique QR code that is scanned once at the entrance. A pass that has already been scanned will not admit a second entry.
- A pass is valid only for the event, date and venue printed on it.
- Prices shown are inclusive of taxes. Student and family rates apply only where a valid rate code from the organisers has been entered at the time of booking.
- Children below ten years of age do not require a separate pass when accompanied by a parent or guardian holding a valid pass.
3. Payment
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
- Your pass is issued only after the payment is confirmed. A booking that is not paid within the hold period releases its seats.
- If a payment is taken but the pass cannot be issued, we will confirm the booking manually or refund it in full.
4. Transfers and cancellations
- Paid passes are non-refundable, but may be transferred by re-issuing the pass to another attendee's phone number. Contact the ticket desk to arrange this.
- Complimentary passes are name-locked, require photo identification matching the guest name at the entrance, and are not transferable.
- If the event is cancelled or postponed by the organiser, we will publish the revised arrangement and refund paid passes where a refund is offered.
5. Entry and conduct
- Entry is by pass only for the evening programme. The morning session is open to all.
- Please carry photo identification matching the attendee name.
- The organiser may refuse entry or ask a guest to leave for unsafe or disruptive behaviour.
- Programmes, artists and timings may change. The buffet is a standing buffet, served after the festival programme.
